11月6日下午4点半，紧张而又热烈的体育节在全校团体总分奖项的颁奖国歌声中落下帷幕，本届体育节圆满结束，下面就本次体育节的各项工作做一个回顾，也是总结经验。一年一度的体育节，是全校师生充分展示精神风采的重要舞台，目标在于鼓励全校师生加强体育锻炼，增强班级凝聚力，培养学生的集体主义精神。体育节前，综合科组和大队部联合组织，体育教师做了大量的前期筹备工作，组委会成员们各尽其责，互相配合，互相协调，确保了体育节工作的顺利进行。在本届体育节上，全校教师和裁判员严格遵守赛事规程，认真履行自己的工作职责，展示了我校教师良好的精神面貌和锐意进取的青春风采，为保障本次体育节的顺利开展付出了辛勤的汗水。本次体育节最大的特点可以用一个字概括——新。主要体现在以下几个方面：1、比赛项目。本次体育节的一个重头戏——趣味运动会着重突出“趣味”二字，一反往届运动会的传统模式，大胆的新增一些趣味性强、参与面广的项目，将以往部分竞技性较强（如：200米、4*100米等）、参与性不广（如：毽球等）的项目删除。新设的跳大绳让班级的孩子个个成为运动员；推轮胎接力又让赛场充满紧张又愉悦的气氛；障碍接力光道具就已经让师生们眼前一亮；还有手指转球、一分钟自投自抢等新项目的设立也让孩子们更轻松的参与到运动会中。2、评分标准。本次运动会的开幕式是这次体育节的一大亮点，在开幕式上，评委们根据新的评分标准给各班衡量着分数。新标准中将创新和独特放到首要位置，设立了“最佳组织奖”、“最佳口号奖”，一改以往整齐划一的古板模式，看哪个班的表演最有创意，哪个班的口号最具特色，哪个班的道具最亮眼，这种评分模式让这次开幕式的队列表演花样层出，观赏性大大提高。3、吉祥物设计。吉祥物设计比赛是以往八届体育节从来没有的，本次体育节的吉祥物设计在美术教师的配合下在4、5、6年级的学生中展开，设计出具有翠景东方小学特色的四个吉祥宝宝——翠翠、景景、东东和方方。翠翠代表我们的国学操，景景代表篮球操，东东象征跆拳道操，而方方则代表武术操，这些可爱的吉祥物设计全部出自学生，不光培养学生的设计意识，更体现出翠景的体艺特色，吉祥物在开幕式上成为一道亮丽的风景线。4、颁奖典礼。本次体育节新设颁奖典礼，将全部的单项奖的颁奖由原来的闭幕式上统一颁发改为比赛结束直接颁发。这样做不光节省了闭幕式上颁奖的时间，更重要的是更强的提升了孩子获得荣誉的自豪感，当孩子站在领奖台上，聆听国歌的响起，这不禁让人想起奥运会上那些获得世界冠军的运动员们。5、安全管理。运动会的安全问题很重要，本次体育节成立安全管理专项小组，由韩主任牵头，各班班主任和安全协管员一起将整个运动会的安全工作落到实处，基本上杜绝了学生乱横穿跑道、乱围观的现象。尽管本届体育节圆满结束，也得到学校领导的褒扬，但也暴露出了很多问题，现总结如下：（一）前期准备任何一个活动前期工作十分重要，只有在确保前期工作顺利完成才能有活动的成功举行，所以我们在９月下旬就已经开始体育节的筹备工作，但我们的前期工作也有些问题需要注意：１、项目设置本次趣味运动会的项目设置虽然有了很多的新项目，但也有一些不足之处，首先项目设置没有充分的考虑到安全性，滑板竞速这一项目在报名之后引发了大部分孩子的学习热潮，由于引导不够，滑板经常会发生一些小摩擦，从而引发一些安全事故，学校不得已禁止所有学生将滑板带入校园，将此项目中途叫停。障碍接力是一项观赏、趣味兼备的项目，但是也由于不安全因素导致两名学生受伤后停赛。同时，本次体育节所设比赛项目偏重于男生，而女生项目相对较少，这些都是因为筹备初期的考虑不周所致，以后的工作中会更周到的考虑进去。2、宣传工作任何活动需要宣传，宣传好了才能有更多人来参与。本次体育节的宣传工作还不到位，很多的工作虽然一直在进行，但由于宣传工作没有跟上，导致活动准备期的氛围不够，只有在运动会前两天才有些气氛。当然这和学校还有其它一些工作和活动的冲突有关。所以我们最好拟定一个宣传计划，包括海报、板报、广播等等办法去宣传我们的体育节，让这个活动在一种热烈的氛围中准备、组织、开展然后结束。3、裁判培训裁判是运动会中的另一个主角，他们是运动会这部机器中的零件，他们工作不好直接影响整部机器的工作，所以裁判的事前培训非常重要。在运动会之前我们就将裁判员分好工，并特意进行了裁判员的培训工作，但是由于部分新
